1-Yaptığın araştırmanın bilimsel bi dayanağı var mı ?

2-Yaptığın çalışma hakkında akademik bir uygulama var mı ya da herhangi akademik bir calısma ?

3-Kinoloji bilimi bu işin catısıdır,Kinoloji üyelerinin ,akademısyenlerının bu turlerın bizim köpeklerimizden geldiğine dair calışmaları var mı gosterebileceğin ?

4-Avrupalı bizim çoban köpeklerimizi senın dediğin gibi değil Mastif x Hound Dog melezi olarak kabul edıyor ( bu kısmı kabul etmıyorum ben ,orası ayrı bır konu )

5-Arastırmana tabii ki saygı duyuyorum ama bilimsel bir dayanagı olmadıgı (gosteremediğin) için benım gozumde guvenılır ve geçerli değil.

Ben ispatlamak dan bıktım siz muhalefet etmedkden bıkmadınız.
Hakksız olsanız da bir şeyler idda edıyorsunuz.
Ben Almanca,İngilizce ve Türkçe biliyorum bu ırkların hakkında bu dilerde bir sürü kitap okudum ve bilgilendim senin kuru idda nan uğraşamam.

Ayrıca bilimsel araştırmaları ispatlarsam özür diliyecek misin ve sen haklı sin diye bilecek misin.
Genelde haklı cıkdım konulara bakıyorum idda idda ondan sonra haksız cıkdıklarında ya daha köre muhalef etmeye sürüyorlar yada susuyorlar sen haklıydın biz yanlış diyen yok.

Hi Brian, yes in fact as you may note in the photos that Mel put up (thanks Mel!), Blas Moleros' dogs could almost pass as very hefty Kangals with wrinkles!!!! I even asked a kangal man from Turkey once what he thought Blas' male was and HE even thought it was a dog that was carrying a lot of kangal blood, so it fooled even him.

I have long admired Blas' male Zar and these litters he puts out. For working dogs the lighter frame and sturdy legs would contribute to a dog able to have more stamina. Still and most importantly, the breed's type has not been sacrificed....they look like SM's, not glorified labrador retreivers and no bullmastiff looking heads here, either.

Mel, my black brindle girl's tail does not go completely over her back so I guess she is still within standard rules....it does curl sharply at the end. Her sister on the other hand has a more straight tail.

Yes the pygramid shape of the head...that is what I was referring to, when I said, I don't like what I see in some dogs lately showing the rounded, almost basketball type heads. To me they do not resemble SM's at all.




I do have to say, my three "show bred" pups from Quanto Tornado Erben in the CZ are three of the most devoted, fiercest guards I own. Coming over with no exposure to livestock I was able to get them in early enough and they have excelled. So has Pia, out of the CZ as well, no livestock exposure, but I got her over young enough and immersed her in them and she too is an excellent guard. I note this because somewhere else I read some misinformation about SM's coming out of the CZ 'couldn't guard' - shall I say, that was what the poster inferred; obviously someone who does not know anything about SM's (they also don't own any). 




Also off topic a tad but Mel have you ever heard of or noted a connection between brindle coloring and more assertive or aggressive temperaments in the SM? Brian and I were discussing the brindles I told him how my three are very protective, very aggressive with strangers and keeping threats away. And he noted that he had also heard something about the connection of temperament and brindle coloring in Turkey with Kangals, that he had been told the brindle Kangals and turkish dogs, were always more assertive and aggressive than solid colored dogs. I wonder if there is a connection. Or if my three happen to share something that the stud dog threw. I am not complaining because some of my other dogs are very people friendly and I like having a few here who will cause anyone thinking of jumping the fence to NOT do it...lol.




Anyone else heard or experienced this too?

The Akbash Dog is thought to be a Turkish version of white livestock guardian breed similar to those found in and around the northern Mediterranean Basin. The Akbash Dog has its unique combination of molosser and sighthound qualities.
This breed was developed in the 1970s by Americans Judith and David Nelson[2] who did research on white coloured dogs in Turkey.
Archeological evidence suggests that the earliest civilizations arose in the parts of the world currently occupied by Turkey 10,000 years ago and began to domesticate animals and cultivate (or domesticate) plants. In short order there would have been a need for livestock protection dogs to care for the livestock.

Eine andere Theorie besagt, dass diese Rasse wahrscheinlich ursprünglich mit türkischen Nomaden aus Zentralasien eingewandert ist. Daher ist auch die Verwandtschaft mit der ungarischen Hunderasse Kuvasz nicht ausgeschlossen (siehe auch unter "Regionale Schläge"), von der belegt ist, dass sie mit den Ur-Magyaren ebenfalls aus Zentralasien eingewandert ist.
